•     Check in Time is at 3:00PM. Please remember this ahead of time.
• Please Deposit FULL PAYMENT if client travel date is less than 30 Days prior to travel date.
• Please Deposit 50% Payment if the travel is beyond 30 Days and the Balance NO LATER THAN 7 DAYS PRIOR to travel date. 
• The Final Vouchers WILL NOT BE ISSUED until Payment is Received IN FULL. 
• IF PAYMENT IS NOT RECEIVED IN THE RESPECTIVE TIME, 7M TOURS RESERVES THE FULL RIGHTS TO CHANGE THE HOTELS AND SERVICES WHICH WAS PROMISED DURING THE CONFIRMATION DUE TO NON-AVAILABILITY AND HOTELS, TRANSPORTATION, EVENTS & MEALS.
• 7M TOURS WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CLIENT DISPUTE DUE TO DELAY IN PAYMENT AND NOT CLARIFYING THE SITUATION AND/OR INCIDENT WITH TRAVEL AGENT.
• ALL CITY TOURS are standard Three (3) hours as per the itinerary. Anything beyond this must be booked and confirmed by the Travel Agent and incur Overtime Charges.
• Client is responsible for any Baggage Charges to and from Airport and Hotel. 7M Tours cannot be held liable for any of these charges.
• Breakfast Choices are as per availability of the particular Hotel that client is staying cannot be changed unless pre-confirmed.
• 7M Tours requests the traveling client carry a local USA Phone Number to better communicate with them while traveling in the U.S.A.
• All Transportation services are expected to have the client carry only One (1) Carry-On Luggage at 7 KG and Check-In at 22 KG. Any number of Bags more or weigh more than the stated KG, CLIENT WIL BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ADDITIONAL CHARGE(S).
• Any Last Minute Changes or Stops Decided by the Traveler and/or the Travel agent and Tour Leader on the Tour IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
• Any Attractions that have NOT been attended on a particular time set by itinerary will automatically be a 100% NON REFUNDABLE AND NON CHANGEABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
• NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN for any Lunch or Dinner which was not used by the Traveling Client.
• Bus will only be available for up to 10 hours per day. Any hours beyond this will be charged $110.00 USD per hour {NOTE: As per US DOT regulations, set Maximum hours is at 12 Hours}
• Children are considered 3 to 9 Years old. 10 Years old and above are considered an Adult.

 Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of our publications. We reserve the right to change any published information before or after the tour is booked due to events beyond our control. Tour itinerary, prices, departure dates, and hotels, among other items, are subject to change. If we have sufficient foreknowledge, we will inform you at the time of booking; otherwise, our tour escort or local representative will inform you of changes on the tour. Reservation and Payments: Deposits and payments may be made by check or wire transfer to 7M Tours LLC. 

Cancellation Fee - International Tours Only 

At the time of booking (3 Months prior to departure date): 
> 59 – 30 days prior to the departure date: You get 50% of balance payment
> 29 -15 days prior to the departure date: You get 25% of balance payment
> 14 days or less prior to the departure date OR ‘NO SHOW’ for the tour: You get NO REFUND.

Refund - International Tours Only

THERE IS NO REFUND PAYABLE FOR ANY UNUTILIZED SERVICES (e.g. – Meals, Entrance Fees, Optional Tours, Hotel Expense, Sightseeing, etc.) ON THE TOUR.
